Our range of curated workshops are catered towards a group setting with discussions on major mental health topics and themes. These trainings equip the participants with a general knowledge and toolkit on navigating through the intricate world of mental health. These workshops/trainings can be customized as per the clients’ needs and interests.

Topics could range from: Anger Management, Suicide Detection and Prevention, Self-care, Domestic and Sexual Violence, Creativity and Mental Health, and more.

Programs for Schools

Students spend a large portion of their waking hours in school, giving properly trained teachers many opportunities to observe, recognize, and address mental health issues in classrooms and playgrounds.

Almost 50% of mental illnesses begin before children reach age 14, according to the Child Mind Institute. This means that schools can play an instrumental role in intervention and must expand their own capacities to create learning environments prepared to support students with mental health issues.

Our designed packages equip your teachers with a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues so that they can listen and connect to students.

Similarly, through the package, teachers and guardians can encourage conversations and discussions with their students about mental health, its importance and impact, such that there may be nurtured growth in a safe and supportive environment.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving issues, both personal and professional, that may be adversely affecting the employees’ performance, such as marital, financial or emotional problems; family issues; or substance or alcohol abuse.

Help your employees become the best version of themselves — so they can consistently contribute to the growth of the company

Mankaa Kura has designed a series of proprietary evidence based EAP packages which are customized to your needs based on a consultative co-designed process.
